Indiana Youth Tobacco Survey

Monrovia Middle School is one of 120 public middle and high schools in Indiana randomly selected to participate in the 2026 Indiana Youth Tobacco Survey.  Only a small number of classes will be randomly selected within our school.  Student anonymity will be fully protected as no identifying questions are asked, and responses are not linked back to the students' devices or IP addresses.  Data will not be reported by district or school, but rather for Indiana as a whole.  Parents may review the questions on the survey and learn more here:   Indiana Youth Tobacco Survey
